All members must agree to UPHOLD the following terms and conditions WHEN they join our community:

We reserve the right to close on specific national and religious holidays. View our 2018 Holiday Calendar and 2019 Holiday Calendar for scheduled annual closures. We do not offer make-up days for member vacations and sick days, or closure due to scheduled holidays or inclement weather. Coworking and/or childcare hours are not transferrable week-to-week and do not rollover if left unused.

You must notify us in writing at least 14 days before your next billing period in order to cancel or change your membership package (for Coworking and Community Members and Co-Operative Members in their final month).

We also offer discounted rates for longer-term contracts (3-months, 6-months, or 12-months) that are paid for in advance. Early termination fee for longer-term contracts is equal to two month’s charge or half the remaining balance, whichever is less.

All Membership Packages are billed monthly, due by the first of the month or at least 24-hours before you begin membership if starting mid-month. For longer contract lengths (3-months, 6-months, or 12-months), members pre-pay the total contract amount in order to receive the discounted rate.

Every new member who signs up for at least three months or more will also receive one complimentary Leadership and Lifestyle Coaching Session with Co-Founder, Leslie Bosserman, to help identify personal strengths, values, and goals.

Childcare is offered in 60-minute sessions starting on the hour, and a maximum of 6 sessions (or total of 6 hours) can be booked per child per day. Currently, childcare is offered 30 hours per week on weekdays from 11:00am-5:00pm unless our space is scheduled to be closed. Parents must remain onsite while children are enrolled in childcare.

You may book childcare spaces up to 30 days in advance on a first booked, first served basis. We recommend booking your membership-included childcare at least 48 hours in advance using our online Acuity booking system. While we may be able to accommodate day-of scheduling requests, childcare is not guaranteed unless booked in advance and confirmed online. Any unused childcare hours cannot be rolled over or saved for future use unless this has been discussed and agreed upon by the Leadership Team in advance.

Members may enroll additional siblings (ages 3 months to 5 years) on to their Community or Co-Op Membership for up to 50% off the listed price when adding on a monthly care package OR at the discounted rate of $8/hour for flexible care with no monthly commitment. Additional hours must be purchased in advance to receive the discounted rate and booked at least 48 hours before care is provided. If not purchased and booked in advance, members may book day-of childcare at $10/hour if space is available. You can pay for additional childcare hours electronically using the Cash App or by personal check. We do not accept cash payments onsite.

Childcare cancellations due to illness or emergency may be able to be used within the same week. Please notify us in advance of the time you have scheduled childcare so we can determine there is space available later in the week when your child is healthy and able to attend. Other instances of cancellation will be considered on a case-by-case basis for rebooking purposes and are not guaranteed. There are no refunds offered for unused childcare or coworking time.

Non-members can purchase coworking-only guest passes for $20/day. Childcare is not available to non-members.
